This limited charactér diversity as théir height and próportions had to bé the same ás well. By default, this splits the bone into two pieces, so change the Number of Cuts in the bottom of the Tool panel on the left to 2. Duplicate the Hips bone by selecting it, then press Shift D and right-click at the end to confirm.
